I am proud to say this bag was born in the 60’s when I was a “hippie”.  I cared about the environment back then and pride myself of being a bit ahead of my time.  

The original design as shown here, was made out of canvas, some lined with plastic and others just canvas.  I hand painted endangered species on the front of every bag then rubber-stamped the name on the front of each one.  After I taught my daughter Aurora how to sew, she put this amazing spin on it to update the new version.  

Using non-boring, super-fun prints from upholstery weight fabric and utility webbing handles, this bag is cute and so efficient.  This bag can hold at least 50 pounds!

Our mission at The EnvironMate is simple: to provide high-quality bags that will last a very long time.  Every bag is hand sewn with UV thread to prevent sun/heat damage.
